Famagusta, 24 February 2017 - The Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Cyprus and Head of UNFICYP, Ms. Elizabeth Spehar, visited Eastern Mediterranean University in Famagusta on 24 February 2017, in her continued efforts to engage with civil society across the island.

Following a tour of the university’s campus, SRSG Spehar met with the university’s rector, Prof. Necdet Osam; she later met and exchanged ideas with some members of the university’s faculty.
