The talks, under the auspices of the UN Secretary-General's Special Adviser on Cyprus, Mr. Espen Barth Eide, between 7 and 11 November 2016, saw the Turkish Cypriot leader, Mr. Mustafa Akıncı, and the Greek Cypriot leader, Mr. Nicos Anastasiades, discuss the chapter on territory and other chapters interdependently.
