The newly appointed UNISFA Deputy Force Commander has arrived in the mission Area of Operation. Brig. Gen. Abu Syed Mohammod Bakir arrived in Abyei on 20 February. Brig. Gen. Bakir from Bangladesh was welcomed to the mission by the out-going Force Commander and Ag. Head of Mission, Maj. Gen. Kefyalew Amde Tessema.
